Thanks Dogs. I had to drive to Charleston AFB in a driving rain. I am just too old to leave my little island anymore. It's like having alzheimers. Nothing is familiar after 40+ years. You used to be able to see an AFB for miles in the dark. No more. No big search lights going, no exit signs to base, small terminal in the dark. It's like the blitz in London or something. Everything is dark and low profile. But I got my daughter there after a 2 week visit. My new grandson is such a good natured baby. Still don't have my photobucket working right and this computer sucks. Maybe I'll get things straightened out some day.
