I want the 911 next. I need a big knife for the summer to hunt elusive fat wood deposits. I also have a bet going with my buddy for moose hunting this year. He is going to gut/skin/quarter etc his with his much loved sanmai trailmaster. I am going to race him on my moose with the 911 which I'm sure will be out by then. SR101 please so I can put his edge retention to shame. And convex too please. I don't like the handle on the rodent 9 or I would have bought one. Don't make me by a lesser knife just to have a showdown with my buddy on bulk winkle!
I also fully realize that 9" knives are not the ideal tool for making moose burgers but it's something that need settling between the two of us.
