I have used a few of said products. Pushing more than 100 lumens on one or two CR123A batteries is going to hard to find in a light.

Streamlight's TLR-1s claims 160 lumens for 2.5 hours. Mine runs more like 2 hours.

Surefire's X300 claims 170 lumens for 2.4 hours. Mine runs more like 2 hours.

Both are good, solid and dependable lights, but the price is one factor that makes the Streamlight the best choice. The X300 is nearly $300 in some places and the cheapest I have seen it is on opticsplanet.com for $210. You can get the TLR-1s for $100 less at the same site.

Both attach and operate in the same manner, except the Streamlight has a strobe setting. This is the second reason I suggest the Streamlight. Strobes are the perfect thing to disorient a bad guy.

As for lasers - Both companies make a model with built in lasers for a little more money. Since you have the Gen 3, you can always replace the recoil spring with the Lasermax sight. It is pretty awesome having a laser internally integrated.

Trijicon and Truglo are the only two tritiums I have used and both are excellent.
