Thanks everyone. Had a scary moment at first. She had a lot of fluid in her stomach and lungs. Apparently it's not uncommon with larger c section babies. We got to see her immediately after the birth then they took her away for four hours to try and get the fluid out. Any longer than that then she would've had to go on antibiotics and we wouldn't see her until Thursday. Everything cleared up and she is fine now.

Max, all I can say is be patient. You'll get much more rest once Lucas starts eating baby food.
