Glad I'm in VA. I see guys walking into Walmart with Sigs on their hips, I carry a 9mm in my waistband or a 45 under my jacket and a swamp warden or scrapivore in my pocket. It's all good and legal. Im originally from Va, and your right about that. Shoot if you dont want to conceal it you can carry it in the open on the hip without a permit and wont be bothered. Big Difference in 3000 miles.
