Great little review. Thanks. I stripped one of mine as well(got 3 of them), and then soaked it in mashed up lemons. It a pretty cool finish. Will get som pics up, once I get some sheaths for 'em. I really like the 311 as well!
Having only one pancake, leaves more room for bacon!
