There is nothing here regarding only applies to special knives, etc. Dan wouldn't sell a knife if it didn't fit his own expectations. The key for me defining "unintentional". I don't personally expect the Scrap Max to be a prybar.
Also, let us not forget that hardness values hardly tell the whole story...there is much more to materials science than a simple RC.
