As far as payment goes, it depends on how you paid, or at least that's how it's worked before. If you pay by PayPal, then they take payment at transaction time, but if you pay by credit card, they charge it at shipping time.

For most online orders that allow PayPal, that's how I pay. However, I let the ScrapYard/Busse Combat have my CC to do the transaction.
