I still got my original Scrapper 6 from the first ever Scrapyard batch. I have beat it, pounded with it, pried apart pallets, chopped small trees, hauled it on endless back-packing trips, started fires, built shelter, cut myself more than I should have, thrown it a thousand times (it is an excellent thrower)...i have electrocuted it by accident, stabbed through metal, chopped open cans, stripped off aluminum siding, and just generally mistreated it during the course of its flea-bitten life, but it is still my "go to blade". Aside from the dings and marks, it still keeps a super sharp edge and it is my favorite.

I know that others might pick different blades as their favorite, but for me, I consider the Scrapper 6 to be one of the finest implements ever conceived by the human race. Its a perfect size, tough as nails, comfortable and simple.

All the rest of my unused blades came and went back in 2009 when hard times hit.
