And I agree, the Nessy is a hunter and a food knife. Not a general purpose knife like the straightforward Kephart. I'm on here every week or two waiting for a no nonsense, no choil, 1/8" thick slicer with mudders to be put on the site for sale. And while I'm wishing, matte finished infi please and thank you.
