I got a chance to get out hiking yesterday, this time I hiked the rim of Fruita Canyon.

Fruita Canyon is simply breathtaking, especially this time of year when there's snow present.

Across the valley you can see the Grand Mesa, which is the world's largest mesa (flat top mountain)

The clouds above Grand Mesa are delivering some snow in this photo.....

The Colorado River can be seen snaking through the valley in the foreground.

This rock formation was quite interesting, it almost looks like a human head and torso...
