I'm pretty satisfied with the SR-101 hawks myself..... Oge14 at bladeforums cut a Honda in half with his and put the vids on youtube. I'm not sure INFI would be justified for the extra cost.

I'd like to see a 6-8" Elmax slicer, myself. It would be pretty hard to pass on that one.....

Maybe something with a filet profile on the War Dog handle, that would be sweet!
