No worries Spock. Glad I could help. A couple of tips I forgot to add on are to carry a mess kit. I personally carry an old school Stainless GI kit which is cool because it is both a plate and a pan for cooking up biscuits, pancakes, frybreads, or what ever else you decide to make out of the pancake mix (easier then heating large rock in coals as cook surface). I'd also suggest packing several extra ziploc bags (quart size freezer bags are my fav) so if you want to make some batter or dough you can put the mix in one of the bags, add some water, seal, and shake to mix (you can even mix in some diced dried fruit or a tbsp or so of peanut butter for flavored pancakes or fruity biscuits). It also allows you to pour batter by snipping one of the corners off and squeezing like a piping bag. To reseal simply twist the open end and use a rubber band or some duct tape. As with all things you are only limited by your imagination.
Live long and prosper,
Joe
