All. I injured my shoulder Monday trying to help my oldest learn to run a jet ski. He threw me from the back trying to take a turn at around 40mph. Water isn't soft at that speed. By the time I came too, I realized I was hurt. I'd hoped it would go away but I am more and more convinced I tore something in the rotator cuff. I can't sleep for the pain and really hope it isn't serious enough to warrant surgery--I'm gonna need 1-2 surgeries in the next year as is and don't have enough time off to cover an additional one.
