OK…done

and it seems to have turned out ok… !!

All bonded together and the edges cleaned up a little….

It seems good on now, and the frame has some small flex to allow it to follow the curve of the back but with now lateral or longitudinal movement. Side to side it is snug in the sleeve but there is still space enough for the bladder to be full. Depending how it carries I may look at some ways to fix the frame to the back of the pack. Still it is about 2000% better than the original foam pad.
