For many years my only taste of Texas was Amarillo... now I must admit the city left me a bit cold...though there was that steak house place that did the steak challenge and such. The canyon outside of town, that entertained me no end...!!!

I have since seen POTS more of the state and have to say I was pretty impressed.... I do love Oregon though.....
