I've never had one on any of my guns, but with my eyesight I sure like the idea of a big front sight.
The Redhawk I had didn't come with that setup. It had the regular square front and rear. BUT it was not much more than Push in the spring holding in the front blade and doing pretty much the same for the rear and BINGO, Gold bead front sight and shallow V rear.
