Give that man a cigar! Good call.

It's his woodsman version- essentially means thinner stick- about 1/8" but plenty tough! Convex edge and has the one of the most comfortable handles of any knife I've had. Great all around blade.

Koyote Knives/Christof Harper is my favorite custom maker. Had some great knives of his over the years. He's kinda fallen off the planet the last couple years since he bought a farm In Nevada I'm sad to say. He's won/done very well in the competitions at BF on the Wilderness forum.

Here are more pics- I think it's a good looking knife, but it doesn't photograph well.

They all come with great sheaths.

With another of his called the Great Basin Bushcrafter- super cool knife. Hurt to sell that one.

You can check out his stuff here....old world rustic style and every thing I have had from his has been uber functional.

I will say I was sharpening my Howling Rat last night and man, that knife takes a great edge! Such a great grind on that knife.
