I finally bought a bottle of Huy Young Sriracha sauce. I have been hearing people rave about it for several years now. I like it but I don't think that it is as great as some people say.

I really like an omelette filled with chili, co-jack cheese, salsa, and covered with salsa and more cheese.

When we were in Pigeon Forge We ate breakfast at an ihop on morning. I had one of their omletts and Man was it good! Filled me up too, wasn't a skimpy one either.
