I wouldn't want to take advantage of you.

Love the drop point on the old model. Handle was too slim for me though.

That's why I sent mine in to have liners put in.

My Vex arrived today, but I haven't opened the box yet. I'll post a review after I have some time with it.

I'm excited to check out my new Vex when I get home.

I've read on numerous sites that the original Vex was D2. Both of mine will be the newer SR101 version.

I have the new Vex (thanks to Rasmus!), but I haven´t tried it out yet.

Traditionally a puukko would be an easy choise for me, but I used the Fällkniven H1 for small game except I skinned a fox with Victorinox XS. For general bushcraft use my first choise has been WarDog, it´s very puukko -like knife... Benchmade Nimravus would be interesting to try out with game.

I sure hope you will like it! (both of you...)

To me, the Vex embodies all a Bushcraft knife is.

A simple and sturdy, no nonsense knife.

So many knives have features, which solely work as eyecandy.
Many people would consider the Vex, as just plain boring to look at. Missing out on a great knife.

I too like the fact its "stripped" of features. I don't need a skull crusher on bushcrafter!
