Absolutely. I'm just worried I'd damage one of my babies with the WS. The SM seems more idiot proof - so it's probably a better fit for me.
Now if Dan and Jerry would just make a knife that never dulls.... Trick to the WS is stoping the belt as the tip is about 1/3 the way through, otherwise you round it. Use it on some less spendy kitchen knives until you get the hang of it. Nice thing is it puts a convex edge on that generally seems to hold longer than a V.
