Around here the only pistol caliber ammunition left on the shelves was 10mm auto. It made me want to buy a Glock 20 since I'm a fan of the cartridge anyway.

Glad to see ya back again lazi. Ya need to hang out here more.

Never shot a 10mm Adam. Someone though (Arch maybe) said that they aren't really that bad in a glock.

I like the Witness 10mm in stainless a bonus is you can put any kit on it from the now elusive 22lr up to 45acp.

I thought about getting a x39 AR upper for my extra lower as a cheap plinking/training rifle.

Spent yesterday at the Aussie SHOT Show here in Sydney, some interesting gear but I managed to get out spending VERY little. Some .375 300gn Hydrostatic Stabilised projectiles, some gunstock wax and some key lights. I COULD have spent much more...LOL I did find ADI out here is loading 168gn Sierra BTHPs in .308 and Winchester is marketing them, so I will have to try those, they are also doing a few different .300BO loadings, I don't have a .300BO but this may push me over the edge... wink

Spent the afternoon mounting a Leupold MKIV on my SSG... smile

That is in fact the ADI (Australian Defence Industries) ammunition I mentioned in the post above mate. Traditionally ADI has made BRILLIANT ammunition so I am pretty excited to try some of this out ... smile

I'm glad to be back Randy.

I really wanted a S&W 610 a few years back. Well, I still want one but it just made more sense when I was shooting 40S&W. I still can't help but look at the EAA 10mm pistols but I think .357 is more practical for me. A nice stainless with 4" barrel that can do nightstand duty and also go hunting with during the season.

I would also like to get a nice lever action or at least a handi rifle in .357 at some point. I'm actually leaning towards the handi rile these days since they are simple and cheap and can be used during primitive weapon season here. A lot of guys here are reaming them out to .357 maximum for a little extra kick. I can't say I would get into maximum that much but it would be nice to have it as an option. And another nod for the handi rifle is to have it on hand for inexperienced shooters and the few people that I try to convince to go hunting with me. I have a 45/70 handi I got for primitive weapon season but I have determined that its a little too much for new shooters. With the handy we can load up .38 specials nd have fun. Later we can hit the woods with .357 mags and put some meat on the menu.

I was going to buy a Rossi ranch rifle in 44mag (unlike the USA we classify them as rifles in Canada)
But bought a TGLB instead

I want a 10mm, just can't decide the flavor.
I love revolvers, 1911's, FAL's, AR's, AK's, bolt rifles, milsurps, lever guns, and smokepoles!
