this is my favorite style for a revolver and since the snake colts are way to spendy now it will probably be a tarus.

Yeah I'm been dreaming about a S&W 617 K frame

The two guns I have that are chambered in .45ACP are a S&W 325PD and a Glock 21 Gen 3.

The S&W is lightweight carry revolver which has tremendous muzzle flip for obvious reasons, but I still love it.

The Glock is a joy to shoot. Right now I'm waiting for a tungsten guide rod to arrive in the mail.

I would like to try out a CZ97.

I've got a gen3 g22. My only complaint is the grip sides are to smooth for my liking. I don't get the sure grip I want. Exspecially when your shooting out in the summer heat.

My 1 gripe is also with the grip, but it's the hump I don't like. There's a guy about an hour from here that does frame mods, but he's so backed up that he's not taking orders. So close, yet so far away!

I run an XM in 45acp and a 1911 as well, I like the XM because I think its about as close as you can get to feel of the 1911 in a double stack.

I have never been a fan of the Glocks because of the feel of them but it is hard to talk bad about them because of there track record.

I'd love a professional grip reduction and stipple job. To need the plastic of the gen4 frames feels harder and thinner. But it may just be the texture job throwing me off. I held a h&k usp but I don't have large hands and it feels like I'm griping a brick. The 1911 grip feels good. The sig p220 felt odd because of the grip angle.
The FNX45 felt good. I haven't felt an m&p45 grip yet

Sweet set up, what kind of yardage is it good for? I am looking at a 45acp carbine and was wondering how much if any extra punch the longer barrel provides.
