Thanks guys I guess I'll be adding a Safety Mutt to the list I placed the order yesterday Man Hooker has some serious steel I don't think my floors would hold up to all that weight I'd have to store my collection in the basement!

Busse and Kin can be an addiction. These are just the knives I'm NOT going to keep! ![[Linked Image from i57.tinypic.com]](http://i57.tinypic.com/jahswo.jpg) ![[Linked Image from i60.tinypic.com]](http://i60.tinypic.com/301f4g8.jpg) In the past five years I've now owned over 200 Busse and Kin!!!! I never had more than 45 at any one time though. At this point, I'm still trying to get down to my core group of keepers.

Thanks Tom. That's just the current sale pile. The keeper pile is more impressive

That is a nice bunch of knives. I was really tempted by that BATAC and those Vex's but I hardly get to use the knives I own living in IL. So the old hole in the head expression would apply. I don't see you having any probs with those moving on to new homes. Would love to see some pics of those keepers

I really like the BATAC design, but I'm just not a fan of Satin.
The VEX really caught my attention, but I changed my mind on them after having my hand slip up on the cutting edge while just admiring one in my home. The handle is too small for me.

I'm the opposite I'm into the satin it's my kryptonite. Really drives the cost up though. I have medium sized hands those vex would probably fit me well. I'm going to have a hard time resisting there have been a lot of them going up for sale. They look like they're designed to be very useful little knives. If someone doesn't grab yours up soon I don't know if I'll be able to resist the temptation much longer. I just ordered a Safety Mutt too...

A LOT of folks speak very highly off the Vex. It does seem like a really nice small carry blade.

I really liked the Vex at first (I bought three standard and one Custom Shop), but I decided I wanted something different. I have to fund my revolving knife door some how, LOL.
