Slickguns is basically a sending-site where people post deals so you can find the best price on something. I've used it from time to time with good results.
I'd be happy to get $2500 out of my extra Scar-17 I have for sale. What I paid eight months ago versus what they're selling for now is rather depressing. Gun sales have nose dived recently, and the prices are reflecting this. The series of panic buying left a lot of people bitter and financially broken. Combined with the insane ammo price and availability issues - the market is dry.

Maybe 6 months ago I witnessed a guy sell his SCAR17 with a lnib Eotech and a hundred or so rounds of custom target ammo to a LGS for $2K. I think there was a sling, couple mags, and a couple other accessories. Everything in the orginal boxes and guy says he bought it during the "panic" and shot it about 50 times and then realized they didn't need that much rifle.
Yes all that for 2K!!!!! I thought he was just selling the rifle at first and tried to convince him to give me a day or so. He had already struck the deal with the lgs was waiting on the cash. This is a lgs that sells a SCAR17 for $3K with $210 in state sales tax.
