How do you mean? Rifle qualification? I've actually qualified on M16, M4, and M9, but I've shot all standard issue small arms, including the Mk 19 but that was in 2008 during Basic.

Bo, Jo, Hanbo, sword...?

Had to do some fairly complex kata's to earn brown for Bo, and Hanbo.

I tested on 5 open handed forms, and Dao, Chang, Kwan Tao, and Kuen

If I recall correctly, Bo, Jo, and Hanbo are Japanese? If that's the case, I would have only tested on Jo as far as staff weapons. Bo (Pang in Chinese) is required from Yellow to Blue, and Hanbo (Kai Pang) are required from Blue to Green. It's technically a spear, since it's the precursor to the Chiang (actual spear), but Kuen is the tapered waxwood Bo. It is solidly one of my best forms, and is my money maker on a bad test day . For my test to Black in December, I'll also be testing on Cha (Sai), and Single and Double Chucks (Yep, two of them... the Madness!)

YEA!!!! Our A/C is working again. It went out yesterday afternoon. Our pastor came over a little after 8pm and checked it out. He replaced a capacitor and it worked, for about 30 minutes. We turned it off, waited and turned it on and it worked again, for about 5 minutes. It was almost 85 in the house when I went to work last night. I called the repair guys this morning from work and they had it fixed by 0930. The fan motor (the one that pulls air across the cooling fins) was kabusted. They replace that and had to add a second capacitor (the newer motors require 2) and it is working well now. Hope it stays that way.

I guess I watched TMNT to much growing up.
