It has been so dry here that the grass isn't growing, about the only GOOD thing about the heat!

It rained one day last week and the grass really spurted up, nothing since. It's rained just enough that the grass isn't all dead, but that could change.

We had some last night with spaghetti; she dredges it in flour and panko crumbs, then fries it and tops it off with mozzarella cheese. It's great!!!
