It would actually be easy to make a conversion unit. If modularity was in the design concept

OK, the Grand Daughter loves Hello Kitty. So... this MIGHT be my new rear slide cover plate. (just the outline, not the entire circle) ![[Linked Image from farm6.staticflickr.com]](https://farm6.staticflickr.com/5597/15636882006_a2b512a3b0_o.gif)

Yeah, I'm kinda weird, but what the heck. I would be the only one who would have a 4 inch 45acp Springfield XDS with that on it. (Maybe we could start a club}. they DO make them for glocks too Ya know.

LOL Skunk. I have been tempted to to put a Punisher Logo on my old Glock.

I was able to get to the range and break in my new rifle.
Really nice day at the range.
I got the irons and holo sight dialed in on the new rifle. I have to say I welcomed myself into more modern times with this rifle and it was a huge improvement.
The mid-length gas system and compensator with a heavy tungsten buffer didn't make a hoot of difference in supported shooting.
The rifle is reasonably accurate for what it is. I have no doubt it is at least MOA with decent ammo.
This thing frigging rocks shooting on the move. The setup is incredibly smooth and stays on target shooting and moving. I was flat surprised how well it soaks up the recoil and virtually no muzzle rise during rapid fire. I would have bet that I wouldn't have notice much of any difference and I would have been wrong.
I let one of my friends try it and he was surprised at the difference as well.
It may not be everyone's first choice but I can't believe i haven't done this setup before. It's definitely a keeper.
The only downside is the compensator throws a boatload of dust during prone shooting. I can live with that.
I don't spend too much time on my belly shooting.

Nice MB I am a huge fan of the mid length gas system it in itself makes a huge difference in the cycling stroke.

I was really surprised how well the whole thing came together. I really wasn't expecting it to make the difference that it did. I was slightly concerned that with a lighter carrier that it might short stroke. I didn't have a single hiccup.
That rifle is well on its way to being a favorite. I ran it through the paces and it did not disappoint.

Nice! Yours too, gd.
I'm spoiled by my middy. From now on it will be a mid length or rifle length for me, unless it's a pistol or sbr.
