Depends on what you are interested in mate. If you like wine, a Hunter Valley Red is a must  . And get one of the better Bundy Rum's, Bundy Black or Red.

I have gotten pretty used to waiting so it's not too bad. Except when I have a specific purpose for something.

NICE...!!!! Yes, indeed they are both very nice blades... I was taken with the hollow ground blades (mostly because it is a bit of a novelty on a Busse)... The Regulator is all business and the parked finish just sets the scene. No pics for a week or so as I am away from home now till mid next week...
