That's the plan. As a PDW from inside a vehicle and out to a max of 100 yards.
Plus Even as it currently sits it's a fun little pistol to shoot.

MB, I think that would be effective running the right optic out to 300, easy. Just be careful not to lose a finger to that short muzzle!

LOL, ECF, I have many more options. I just finished what is still the perfect carbine for me. Ran it through the paces the other day and it absolutely rocks and I have no issues with a red dot or irons to 400.
This is going to be a traveling pistol. It's small enough to be in the cabin and legal to have one in the pipe. I can also throw it in a pack and it's small enough no one would notice.
In a pinch it can fill a niche as a rifle substitute if needed.

Color me green with envy MB! I was considering building a backpack rifle myself, eyeballing the micro-draco that Atlantic Firearms has for sale, and a krink rail. noisy as hell, and probably not particularly accurate, but as a get home rifle, stuffed in a backpack with a folding sto- I mean brace, I can see if being useful.

I had a Zastava Pap AK pistol for a little while. That thing would make a GREAT backpack gun. On the heavy side, though.
