He has just had a string of bad luck hit him over the last year
The last was a guy that he was doing contract work for went under
My brother had to shut down
He paid what he owed to his employees and then shut down
He is struggling to pay of the suppliers that he bought materials from for the jobs that he ended up not getting paid for

I was offered an on call trainers job
I am meeting with the owner next week to discuss his proposition
We haven't talked money yet
