To be clear. My wife is prior service. She was security forces. She is trained to release the safety as she draws. The safety issue is a non-issue except that she feels better about carrying it around or boys. It is what she likes and her draw to engagement is faster than most.

Plus, I really like that Sig.

Well, she said she wishes they made a purse size 1911. The Sig is basically that. Has all the same mechanics for the most part.

I have an NCO who EDCs a P238, they're ITTY BITTY in the hand, as you well know. He loves his. It's not my personal experience, but I'd trust SSG Spruce's opinion, he's definitely a gun guy.
