Yes, the Howler! Unless it's the DFLE... if so... step aside Howler! Oh yes. I am so committed to buying the DFLE, I have already ordered the sheath for mine! Some will disagree, but I would rather have a DFLE than a FBMLE or that other new fat one. The black Res C handle will look just fine contrasted with a 10" satin buffed blade. Am I the only person who opens beer bottles 'in an emergency' (ie no bottle opener around and SAK missing..) by whacking the cap edge on a table edge or similar? I figure the nation that (probably) put men on the moon would have figured that one out! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> HD good design that mark II variant! D2 that size in 3/16" stock does make sense to me too. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

That is why we would prefer to whip out a knife to open a beer!

I hope the blade is thin and sharpened to the spine like it appears to be in the pic. I would prefer a little choil for sharpening ease not a big one. Sheath not important to me. I've been playin with some kydex and leather anyway.
