You're not alone Randy, we get the same call from time to time. About all you can do is report the call to the Attorney General's office as a phone scam.

Done that. What I am doing now is keeping them in my recent calls list so I can hit them up with a LOT of numbers. I have learned now that if if the caller ID starts out with the abbreviation of a state, it's them.

The caller ID is on our Cell Phones. We got rid of our home phone a few months ago since Patty and I both have iPhones now.

Derek got Patty the iPhone 5s and I got the 5c. Didn't think I needed the higher priced phone and am very satisfied.

A lot of the scam calls show a spoofed number on caller ID; that is, it is not their number. So even if you report it, it does no good since it is not their real number. From what I have read, this tactic is easy to do.
