It was in the 40's yesterday, so the snow started to melt. It froze during the night and this morning people drove like it was July and there were numerous accidents and rollovers. I am glad to be out of that rat race.

4 years will go by fast. Well, actually for me the last year before I retired seemed to take forever.

Once Randy retires he won't know what to do with himself after six months! You may be right. Maybe you could write me a list of instructions on how to live "The Retirement Life". What with your and Ray's advice I should have it made in the shade.

Randy's Rules for Retirement
1. Inform your wife that since you are retired now that you will expect homecooked meals at breakfast, lunch and dinner every day.
2. Strongly discourage any extra additions to the Honey-do list "because now you are home all day".
3. Study this passage and commit it to memory. " A retired guy went into the kitchen one morning while his wife was making breakfast. She asked him what he was going to do that day. He replied that he was going to do nothing. His wife told him that he did that yesterday. He replied, that is true but I didn't finish."
There are many other rules but it's time for my cup of cocoa and a back rub.
