hehe, I'll probably be doing the same, but I need an AR lower first, which is second chair to my M14 upgrade. I've got an AK in the shop at the moment too, getting outfitted with all kinds of goodies and the barrel threaded for 1/2x28. Didn't think it was going to be in the shop for three months though, but it is what it is.

I have fired my friend's 10 gauge duck gun and I own and shoot a .458 Winchester Magnum. That's big enough for me!

I hear you guys. Heck, I don't have any trouble shooting a 12ga, but have forgone that in lieu of a 20. Why take extra recoil when you don't have to. I don't waterfowl hunt so way I see it i don't really need a 12. A 20 will do all I need.

I just sent an EMT to a guy for a used Rossi Ranch hand in 44 magnum
If I like it then I will probably put a full stock on it and use it for a hiking/quad gun
