Bruce, I subitted my Visa number and exp date as well as the 3 digit code on the back. Patti sent the e-mail I posted saying it will ship this coming week.
Never a mention of the need to call me. Perhaps that is old school? Did you include any C.C. info with your order? If not be sure to contact Patti and express your concerns.
