I always hated tests. Seems like no matter how hard I tried I never did that well on them. BUT on a good note, got the results of my colonoscopy back. All the Polyps were cancer free! Reckon my gut is a polyp factory. In the 3 I have had they have removed 40 some polyps.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't Jerry own all three companies? I think all the three groups of knives are made in the same shop by the same people. And Jerry decides the direction each company goes. So Dan is not independent. He works for Jerry. Busse Combat and Scrapyard both announced a new (somewhat similar) business model almost at the same time.

I think you are right, but as you said Dan is the CEO or COO(?) of the Yard so Jerry isn't in DIRECT control of the Yard, more like a proxy. I know what I want to say, but just can't get it to come out my fingers. Maybe I need more coffee.

But if my brother owned a company that he put me in charge of and he "suggested" that I do something, I would most likely do it.

YUP! I think that I would as well. I remember when Dan moved up from Texas and there were a lot of growing pains for a while. I think Dan said that for a while at least, he (they) were working nights building the Yard knives and it was a struggle getting things up and running until they got it all figured out.
