I definitely plan on talking with Dan if he is there. Also, I will take pics.

I'm beginning to feel like Dan disowned us! I don't think he did. If he is going to debut a knife at blade, no one will see the knife until the first day of the show, which is this Friday.

Dogs
As we discussed at the last Sip-N-Talk, the next offering is going to be a knife with a popular handle, .150" to .200" thick and made of 5160 steel.
Led with the crescent and hung as needed. The hunter should enjoy this blade as well as the person who needs to clear that which impedes their path.
The knife will be offered on the Scrap Yard Shopping Cart and a special price will be offered to any Dog that is in good standing on the Scrap Yard Forum
Lead time to offer...2 Weeks
More to come
Dan Yard Hawk. It leads with a crescent shaped blade and can be used to both clear a trail or chop through a sternum. It will have a sheath option that will allow it to new hung various ways. As for the popular handle? We will see the return of the cord-wrapped handle from the Scrapizashi. Did I win?

Hopefully good things happen this weekend and if not it is entirely possible this place goes from the scrapyard to the scrapped yard. This would be sad and I hope it does not come to pass.

LOL...I couldn't see anything happening to the forum if there is no new Scrapyard knife offered at blade this year. The regulars are still going to post on here and I doubt Dan would drop this forum. Waiting forever for a scrapyard knife is pretty standard procedure around here.
