That's a nice quick flip. Looks like a neat blade as well.

Luck, Four Thousand Two Hundred dollars!
I am taking a guess here you meant $420.00

I am taking a guess here you meant $420.00 $4200...yes forty-two hundred was correct...table price was $1200 Blade was free for me this year. Greaser - I usually keep all my buys...but man that offer was just too good...had guys swarming while I was paying for it...I was never actively selling it at all.

Luck, what kind of knife is that? sorry for my ignorance, but those aren't knives on my doable list. that is a serious chunk of change for a folding knife. I still have not been able to justify money for a hinderer. But glad to hear prices are dropping and congrats to jroden on pulling the trigger.

It's a Horton/McGinnis Shawty 45...Only 6 (maybe 7) every made. I'm truly not that familiar with the builders myself, but I played with one and thought it was awesome so I put my name in the lotto. Low and behold I get a text that I won...so it took all but 3 dollars in my pocket to pay for it. I guess there is a fan following because the crowd swarmed us winners and were offering double on the spot. I posted it on Instagram just to show off...and the offers came in the bunches.

Holy smoke! It must be studded with diamonds and the blade must be infused with magic pixy dust so it will be so light it will seem like it's cutting nothing but air.

Luck lives up to his name! Congrats! A free Blade Show trip works for me! Here is the Yojimbo I just got yesturday with my last folders I've picked up. Terrible pic, but enough to get an idea. The spydie is an interesting design. Very different than anything I have. Has a crazy needle point on it and a deep hollow grind which is new for me. I haven't cut a thing with it yet...so I'll see how it works out.

Lieutenant, That straight edge will cut like there is no tomorrow. Unlike a conventional knife edge that sweeps upward, it won't "slip" out of the cut and will cut all the way to the tip.

LT....oh my! I've never had a wharnie before so it's a different beast! It's screaming sharp and was just opening a box and see what you mean about cutting all the way to the tip! Jared- that looks great! Is that the 3.5" blade?
