Hey Dogs. Well found out I pulled/strained/tore a ligament in my back. SO now I am on muscle relaxers, pills AND a topical cream and Hydrocodone.  HOPEFULLY it will be all better in a week. I sure hope so, cause even with all this stuff It STILL almost kills me to walk sometimes, even across a room. And forget about standing. It was all I could do to stand up long enough to take a shower. OUCH!! Just make sure you DO take it easy Skunk! It won't heal if you don't! I pulled a ligament in my lower back once, and it was the worst pain I've felt! Just couldn't get it to stop hurting no matter what for a week. Get better soon!

Yesterday, the nurse at the hospital told me not to do anything strenuous for a few days. I said to her that I haven't done anything strenuous for years.

Just great. Another active shooter at the Naval shipyards campus in D.C. Thank God it turned out to be a hoax. The thing that worries me is was this another "SWATing" to gauge response times and forces by some scumbag planning a real attack?
