Yes, the 43 is the single stack 9. No discount but its blue label at my regular supply place. Glock days they are supposed to be showing up with at least 200. If I had more cash I would pick up a 17 or 19 as well.
The prices on those are even better.

Picked up the G-43 this morning. I was unsure of what I would think of it compared to a G-27.
I have to say that in hand I like it a lot. It's a perfect EDC size and thickness.
I have to get some quality time at the range with it.
I have a few concerns with the design but I will withhold judgement until I can get a few hundred rounds downrange.

Nice snag!
If the G43 is anything like the Shield is to the full size M&P then it will easily become a goto EDC item. I'm fine with my larger M&P but I tend to go with the Shield just because it's easier to keep handy. I can clip on the Shield and slip an extra mag in my pockets an get out the door without a second thought. I also tend to just drop it on the night stand now rather than bothering with any of my full size firearms.
