Well back from the Dr. I DONE GOOD! I've lost (according to them), 15 pounds but OUR scales say 20. I'm gonna go with ours. My A1C level dropped from 8 (which is BAD), to 6.8 which is good, but I wanna get it back down to 6. SO, on with the TRYING to eat better and crankin up the Treadmill.
