the sheath can be worn on the stud so it swivels but if you prefer to carry the blade lower than use the frog it comes with. I like that feature.

I made a frog for my Cold Steel Laredo Bowie. much like my C/B knife. The C/B is a decent knife for the money - certainly not the same as my DogFathers, but decent none the less. Tom

Due to my recent Blade Chopper strike out, I have taken it on myself to get a few. I picked up a CS Trail Master CarbonV, Fallkniven Thor, CRK Jereboam (loaner actually), Fehrman Final Judgment......and a few cheapies to break!

Yep. I bet they all cost a wee bit more than the C/B, too.

I was surprised at some of the prices.......JYD#1 witnessed my power of persuasion for the 2 Dawson pieces and the Becker 9...actually 2 BK9s.

And the Fehrman I got in a trade.....that went VERY well. The Fallkniven was barely 2x the cost of the C/B.

And the cheap bastids...well, they were just that. 1 Chinese POS Bowie and a Smith and Wesson Texas Ranger POS Bowie.....I warped the hell out of the blade in less than 2 minutes.....what a disappointment The CPOS has actually held up nicely I haven't been able to damage it.....yet, but at about 20 bucks...I am pleased...unlike the S&W at 35 dollars and buckled under the pressure of a piece of plywood...I am PO'd about that one.
