I knew you would chime in Randy! I'm a late comer to them, but the four Emersons I have, I like a lot.

Well we know which one I carry all the time, and now I have added the Specwar to my list. It is my "Use for everything but" blade. I figured why not. Sides I like the green colored handle.

You gotten used to the handle to blade ratio? I love the blade profile on that one.

I usually have an Emerson (a 7 of Gentleman Jim) in the right pocket and a slicier knife like a spydie in the left.

I DO wish that the blade on it were a little larger (spine to edge). Not much, just somewhere between an eighth to a quarter.

Normally I carried an Ontario copy of the Randall Adventure and Traning (RAT) Model 1 folder, the smaller one, but with all the crap going on now days about targeting police and military (to also include retired) I decided to stack the deck a bit. Oh and I also carry my LC9 with the laserguard on it. grin

feederle. I also have an RAT (original model) 1 folder and consider it a great knife. Good size, takes and holds an edge. Can't speak of the others as I've never had one of them.

Matter of fact, I have my RAT 1 Folder in my 511 Push Pack.
