The building they are in was built somewhere around 2002, so it's actually not all that old. But this is the SECOND TIME they have wanted their court rooms refurbished.

He's tried, he has also contacted the County Commissioners, MANY times. We have been "allocated" funds to refurbish this place 3 or 4 times that I know of and the funds have been pulled each time for some kind of Cosmetic changes to the court house.
