While I was out back hacking my little jungle, the letter carrier lady arrived. She feels heavy, but well balanced for chopping. the classic corrugated CGFBM still holds a special place in my "Wish List"
that newer FFFBM (.320" thick).. it's a Bargain in Infi that's for sure!
oh man i'm kicking myself for not having $367 + S&H lying around that day!

That FFFBM is a painted FBMLE for HALF the price!!!! ::grumble:: ::jealous:: ::sigh:: and because of that 3/4 saber grind.. it's prolly Heavier than the FBMLE to boot!

yeah, i'd rather have a knife with no coat for use but the le is the most expensive model and it's numbered! strip that fat motha and give it a swedge, it'll be awesome. infi has that dimpled texture in the raw, it may look pretty cool unpolished.

It just may, magnum. I may like it fine in the rough, like Dog Father. I hear that INFI is fairly corrosion resistant anyway. Gotta go back the yard. Just wanted to share my good fortune with my friends on the forum.

oh man i'm kicking myself for not having $367 + S&H lying around that day! The sad part is I am willing to part with the money (The advice of Karnack keeps ringing in my ears), but never seem to catch the store with any available. I will not pay above retail. I will just do without.
