We have now SUPPOSEDLY had three or 4 VERY disquieting incidents within the local (50 miles) area in the last 7 days.

First off I think it was 2 individuals tried to buy 50 some cell phones in a small town Walmart store. This prompted a call to the local P.D./Sheriff's office and forwarding of information to the FBI office in St. Louis.

Secondly it was once again reported that some people did buy approximately 40 cell phones in two towns located just 30 miles away. I don't know if it was mentioned whether they were "Foreigners" or not.

Thirdly, a "Stranger" was caught on a trail camera out in the woods walking through a pile of corn for deer. It appears as if this man wasn't even aware of what he was walking through. Now remember, this is a Rural Area of America, in a VERY remote area. The picture was forwarded to the local Sheriff's office and another individual remarked speaking to the gentleman in the picture and that he spoke with a "Foreign" accent of some sort.

THIS folks is just one more reason to Keep your Eyes and Ears open, and your guns cocked and locked/locked and loaded.

Are "THEY" buying phones in out of the way places hoping to avoid detection, or are they planning something "Local"?

SO as is being said, IF you see something strange or out of place, report it. If you don't people may die, as happened in the recent incident in California.

It is better for Law Enforcement to have a "Dry Run" than have to call multiple ambulances to a scene.

I might add that the largest town within 150 miles only has 38+ thousand people in it so there isn't any MAJOR metropolitan areas around. St. Louis is about 200 miles away from where I set and Memphis about the same.

It would appear as if "THEY" found and destroyed a cache of Explosives (That you could not buy commercially) in a forest in mid central Missouri. They had to detonate them on scene due to the instability of the material.

Within the last two weeks in Missouri:

First a rash of cell phone buys (deputy stated the reported amount is 200) from three or maybe 4 places.

Rash of stolen propane tanks

"Foreign" individual walking in the forest near a pipeline area.

Now these Explosives found in a National Forest

Friday My sister in law (runs the scale house at a land fill) stated she got VERY seriously "Chewed out" by a Middle Eastern speaking truck driver because his English was so bad she could barely understand him. She went on to state they are beginning to get a lot of Mid Eastern trash truck drivers coming into the landfill from a town about 40 miles away.

The purpose of this thread is just to get you to remain watchful and get your friends to pay attention to things that seem "Out of Place".

It can also be our own "Clearing House" for things of a Suspicious nature, which was one of my original intents for the thread.

My neighborhood has a LOT of young kids in it and the parents have set up a pretty decent neighborhood watch system.
