Oh Joy Joy. Furnace stopped working. It's 21 years old and our local repairman can't fix it. Called who we originally got it from and told them what's going wrong. We may end up having to buy a new one (combined a/c heat in one unit). We should find out sometime today.

  The A/C Heating guys just left. It's official. Our unit is dead, long live the unit! $4000.00 (approx) for a new unit/instillation. I'm glad I didn't sell that spare kidney to get the Jeep.

Well they came, the removed, installed and left. Oh and they gave us an electronic thermostat. Now to wait for the bill! I better call my doctor and tell him I'm gonna need something for shock!
