CREAM CHEESE SAUSAGE BALLS
1 lb hot sausage, uncooked 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1 1/4 cups Bisquick 4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 400F.
Mix all ingredients until well combined. (I use my KitchenAid mixer with the dough hook attachment) Roll into 1-inch balls. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until brown.
Sausage balls may be frozen uncooked. If baking frozen, add a few minutes to the baking time.

WHITE CASTLES, well sort of. http://americanoverlook.com/he-pack...ter-it-comes-out-of-the-oven-drool/65526OR: To get started on this easy recipe, head to the store and pick up: 1 lb. ground beef 1 cup bread crumbs 1 cup diced onion 1 Tbsp. salt 6 slices of American cheese Mini slider buns Mix the breadcrumbs in with the beef in a medium-sized bowl, then add in the diced onion and salt. Lightly combine the mixture with your hands and make sure that it is well-combined. Line a 9X13inch baking sheet with parchment or wax paper, then press the beef down into the sheet covering the entire bottom. Now just bake for 30 minutes and 400 degrees and you’ll be all set! Toss some cheese on top and toss in back into the oven for about two minutes, then just them up into squares and add on all your favorite condiments. Make sure to share this recipe with your beef-loving friends and family! Everybody loves a good burger.

I couldn't find this anywhere here so I went looking and finally found it. So here it is, where it belongs.
Patty’s White Spaghetti I actually like it better than regular spaghetti.
1 box (16 ounce)spaghetti. A pound to a pound and a half (use thick cut if you can, fried crisp and crumbled). 1-2 cans BLACK olives SLICED or DICED 8-10 (depending on how much you like them) diced green onions.
Shredded Parmesan cheese (We usually use at least one cup)
MAYONNAISE until it’s the consistency you like. Basically all you are doing is using the Mayo to hold everything together, but use as much as you want or think you need!
Mushrooms if you want, but we don’t.
DIRECTIONS: After cooking the pasta, drain it and let it cool completely! Then add everything else to it, mix it well and enjoy, or better yet, chill it first! ** If you don’t let it cool completely the mayonnaise will have an “Off” taste to it and turn greasy.

ROASTED GARLIC MUSHROOMS
Ingredients: 16 even-sized open cup mushrooms, stalks cut level 3 tbsp olive or coconut oil 1/4 c unsalted butter, softened 3 cloves garlic, chopped very finely 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 1/4 c fresh breadcrumbs
Directions: Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/gas mark 6. Lightly fry the mushrooms, cap-side down, in hot oil for 20 seconds.
Arrange the mushrooms in a shallow roasting tin with the stalks facing upwards.
Mix together the butter, garlic, thyme, lemon juice and seasoning. Spoon a little garlic butter on to each mushroom, then lightly press the breadcrumbs on top. Either refrigerate for later use, or cook immediately in the oven for 10 minutes.

PEPPERONI STROMBOLI 1 Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust (they come in the cans) 2 eggs 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon parsley 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1/2 pound pepperoni 1/2 pound (2 cups) mozzarella cheese
Directions: Preheat oven to 350°. Open up your crust and roll out flat. It will be a rectangle shape. Separate your egg yolks from the egg whites. Place the egg yolks in a bowl and mix your parmesan cheese, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, pepper and vegetable oil. Spread your mixture evenly onto your crust. (I used a spatula to spread) Layer on all of your pepperoni. Top with all of the cheese. Starting on one end, roll up like a jelly roll. Pinch the ends of your dough together to seal it all together. Brush the outside of the dough with your egg whites (I used a pastry brush to do this) Spray some non-stick cooking spray onto a baking sheet and place your stromboli on top. Bake in 350° oven for about 20-25 minutes. Remove and enjoy!!

Easiest Fudge EVER! 1. 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk 2. 3 cups Chocolate Chips. Combine well in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute on high (you only want it hot enough to blend together into a dark brown "Doughy" mass. Line a 9x9 baking dish with tinfoil and spray with a non stick spray. Spoon in the dough and smooth it out then refrigerate for two hours so it sets up well. Invert the dish and remove the foil, cut into squares or bars and top with just a pinch of course salt and enjoy! http://tiphero.com/easy-microwave-fudge/?ref=eovJust scroll down to the video and you will see how easy it is.

Patty's Poor Mans Beef Stroganoff:
Patty made this tonight and OMG it is SO good!
In a 2-3 quart pan mix the following
1. Macaroni (she likes the small shells) 2. Dried chopped Onions 3. Can of mushrooms 4. 4 Beef Bullion cubes
You will have to experiment with the Onions and Bullion cubes to suit your individual taste.
Add the macaroni and the bullion cubes to your salted boiling water like normal and cook them for a while.
After they have cooked for a while and about done add the Mushrooms and dried onions.
When they are all done and you've ladled you up a big bowl, add a good dollop or two of sour cream. YUM YUM!
You won't even miss the meat!
